Privacy Policy

This website is largely a read-only marketing site. We collect the following categories:

• Cookie choice. Your cookie preference is stored first-party in your browser. It is not sent to an advertising network.
• Technical request data. Our hosting provider processes standard server and security logs, such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL, to deliver and protect the site.
• Consultation requests. If you book a partner consultation, the details you enter are collected by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, an external service, under Google terms and privacy policy.
• Collector features. Where a collector feature is backed by our database provider, the information you choose to submit, such as product preferences, product suggestions, and any photo you upload, is stored with that provider and bound to your own record.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect more than we need.

Essential cookies and equivalent local storage are always active. They keep the site working and remember your cookie choice.

Optional analytics and optional marketing categories are switched off by default. No analytics vendor, advertising tag, tracking pixel, or marketing script is loaded or initialized on this website before you give consent for that category. At the time of this policy, no such vendor is configured on the site at all.

Booking a consultation opens a Google Calendar appointment schedule. Links to Instagram and other social platforms open on those platforms. Those services are controlled by their operators and their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

To operate and secure the website, to respond to inquiries, to schedule and prepare partner consultations, to remember the preferences you choose inside collector features, and to comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with providers that help us run the site and its features, including our hosting provider, our database and storage provider, and Google for appointment scheduling. They may process information only for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Cookie choices persist in your browser until you clear them or change your selection. Collector submissions persist until you remove them or ask us to remove them. Operational logs are retained on our providers standard schedules.

We use access controls, row level security on collector data, private storage for uploaded images, and transport encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim it is.

This website is intended for adults. Collector features are designed to be adult or parent managed. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email us and describe what you would like. We may need to verify your identity.

This policy is informational and reflects a pre-launch website. As Navora services launch, we expect to update it. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
